The DW351 is designed for artistic and imaginative glass expressions in a production format. The DW351 wave & straight-line glass-beveling machine has advanced automated technology that synchronizes the upward & downward movement of the spindle bench allowing it to produce a beautiful wave bevel design on the edge of the glass. Straight line beveling is also accomplished by the DW351.
Description
The DW351 is designed for artistic and imaginative glass expressions in a production format. The DW351 wave & straight-line glass-beveling machine has advanced automated technology that synchronizes the upward & downward movement of the spindle bench allowing it to produce a beautiful wave bevel design on the edge of the glass. Straight line beveling is also accomplished by the DW351. Rough and fine beveling and bottom edging are completed on a single pass of the glass sheet. The machine is operated by PLC. Processing parameters, such as wave shape, glass thickness, remaining thickness, bevel width, bevel angle, etc. are selected through a user-friendly computer interface. 2- optional arm extensions measuring 1m (40”) long each are available and recommended when running extra large pieces. The DW351 comes with a one-year parts warranty.
